How are credits consumed?
Credits are used in two ways: 1 credit for each document upload, plus 1 credit for each page in that document. A 4-page invoice uses 5 credits total.
Do unused credits expire?
Free plan credits reset monthly. Professional plan included credits reset monthly, but purchased credit packs never expire and roll over indefinitely.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change plans at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens if I run out of credits?
On the Free plan, processing will pause until your credits reset next month. On the Professional plan, you'll be notified and can purchase additional credit packs instantly to continue processing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Save 20% with annual billing on the Professional plan ($278/year instead of $348). Annual plans include the same monthly credit allotment.
Is there a limit to how many invoices I can process?
The only limit is your available credits. Professional plan users can purchase unlimited credit packs to scale with their needs.
Do you store my invoices?
No. Elba operates on a zero-storage model. We process your invoices in real-time and immediately delete them after delivering the results to your designated output locations.
